Daddy is that a tree?

Thursday, Jan 18, 2020 : Today is the official unveiling of the last tree remaining on planet earth.  It is the gingko tree, renowned for its fruit's bad odour but its amazing healing properties, for which it has been preserved. The gingko berry patent is currently being contested by 8 countries, all of whom claim it is native to them.  However, since it has been years since any of these countries planted the tree in their own soil, it is nearly impossible to prove that they ever had it in the first place.  The tree that is being unveiled today is grown in the Palace gardens at Buckingham.  Her majesty the queen swears by gingko juice once a day -- says nothing else cleans her bowels like gingko does.  Afraid that it is nearing extinction, she has kept the gingko tree a state secret for a long time, but now that she is on her deathbed, she wishes to share the goodness of gingko with the world.
