Fish do not sneeze. It's just not part of who they are.  They accept the fact, and it does not mar their self-respect in any way.

We continue to doubt ourselves all the time if we are not able to do this or that... play badminton, swim the English channel, write with both hands, etc.

Give yourself a break.  Like who you are.  You are actually pretty perfect already.  So start enjoying the sensation, if you haven't yet.  Realize that you are the hottest thing around, and you're the only one who hasn't noticed. 

Realize that your parents adore you, your spouse/significant other/best friend loves you, and that when you were a kid, other kids envied something you had.  And realize that somebody had a crush on you in kindergarten that they never were able to admit.
